We want your 100% satisfaction expressed in a referral! Some times things get off course but we want you to know how it will be handled. Just talk to us, we want to work it out.

The weird things about t-shirts


1-3% Margin of Error
Humans are involved in making your t-shirts so sometimes odd things happen. If mis-prints, or damages do slip through quality control, we will refund you for those.

Re-printing shortages
Due to the nature of setups, projects will not replace shortages that are inside the margin of error. Please notify us if you are ordering for specific people in your size breakdown. We will help you figure out ways to ensure everyone is happy.

Print Dancing
Due to fabic's elastic property, there can be up to a 1/4 inch print variance so the design position may vary slightly per print. If you discover designs that are way off please let us know and we'll work to resolve it.

T-Shirt Dyelots
It's a rare, but possible situation when your shirt colors are not exactly the same. (Example - browns are a little different shades.) That's due to two different dye lots. It's rare, but happens at times.

Mid-project Changes
Any changes to an approved t-shirt project could affect delivery times and add additional costs. You will be responsible to cover any mid-project changes.


Shipping & Deadlines


AMB3R cannot guarantee in hand dates for ground shipping. While we can assure you that we are good at predicting when we will not be able to provide AMB3R does not guarantee in Hand Dates. It is recommended that you allow 3-5 days of margin for providing "in Hand Dates".
The following issues are out of AMB3R's control;

Payment


Payment will be required before your order is sent to production. Your invoice will include specifics in:
ART - size, placement(s), number of colors
T-SHIRT Grade - Budget, Brand, Boutique
INK / PRINT PROCESS - Type of ink, transfer, or fabric selected.
SHIPPING PRIORITY - Ground, or priority


Returns and Refunds


Discrepancies
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and count all goods received, before washing. All claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. You must return merchandise to receive a refund.
