SCREEN PRINTING
PLASTISOL (STANDARD INK )
The most standard ink type that provides a durable, bold and economical solution for most apparel printing applications. The ink sits on top of the fabric fibers. Great for fine detail and pantone matching.
WATERBASE (NO HAND INK)
Water-base inks are used on lighter garments and are darker than the fabric. Discharge printing removes the pigment of the garment to its natural color (off white) then adds pigment depending on the look you want.

EMBOSSING & DE-BOSSING
ETCHING
If you want a subtle way to present your logo or design on fleece and technical fabrics, give etching a try. This process can go over seams, zippers, pockets and other locations that you just couldn't achieve with screen printing or embroidery.
This technique will give you a tone on tone look that has a higher perceived value and allows you to present your logo in a classy way. Deboss = Down into the fabric and Emboss = out of the fabric. Best used with thicker and technical fabrics.
PRIVATE LABEL
CUT-N-SEW (FULL CUSTOM)
This term envelopes any product that is created from scratch. Custom fabrics, patterns, and finishings. Minimums start at 300-600 & 8 week lead time. Create a product that is uniquely yours!
TAGS, LABELS & PACKAGING
Woven labels, printed satin labels, and label patches. Hang tagging, garment dyes & washes, grinding, poly-bagging & folding, rolled with custom rubber band, size stickers, and more!
SPECIALTY INKS
The following decoration options can replace plastisol or water-based inks or can be combined for extra effects.
CRACKLE INK (TEXTURED)
A special additive to inks that create a washed or aged look after curing. Slight tugging of the garment assists in the cracking process.
FOIL (SHINY)
A shiny paper-like transfer that is heat-pressed to the garment using an adhesive. Works best with one color prints or water-based inks. Available in many colors and patterns.
PUFF INK (RAISED)
This is the least expensive way to generate a print that gives you the 3D raised feel and look. An additive is combined with plastisol inks to give it a soft puffy feel.
FLOCK (FUZZY)
A soft fuzzy surface application similar to velvet or felt. Direct flock gives the softest and most pliable feel. Transfer flock is great for smaller runs.
GLITTER & METALLICS (Sparkley)
Similar to foil but more matted and has a heavier application. Mixed in with the ink for a long lasting sparkle. Crystalina glitter gives true sparkle. This is applied on top of the ink.
Gel Ink (Glossy)
Gel prints are high gloss, "wet looking" prints that have a raised feel to them. Great for a tone-on-tone look when used on it's own or accented on top of a color to give a subtle sheen.
GLOW-IN-THE-DARK INK (Glowy)
Translucent ink that glows int he dark or under black light. It has a soft green hue in the light, but goes undetected until the lights go out. 5 colors available.
Push Through Print
This print method is achieved by printing on the inside of a t-shirts or long sleeve using water-based or discharge ink. It gives a authentic distress look using the natural patterns in the fabric.
